Volkswagen Accessories offers a range of tablet holders for the following Apple and Samsung devices: Apple iPad Air 1/2, Apple iPad 2–4, Apple iPad mini 1–3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3/4 10.1 inches.

The maximum bearing load is 1.5 kg.

With this cable you can connect your smartphone to the infotainment system of your Volkswagen and access functions such as Google Assistant or MirrorLink. At the same time, it can charge your smartphone during use.

The USB premium cable is available in lengths of 30 cm and 70 cm. Both offer benefits. While the longer cable makes it easier to pair and operate the smartphone before departure, you can benefit from better data rates with the shorter cable, among other things. It also helps to reduce electromagnetic incompatibilities caused by high charging currents.

So you and your vehicle stay up to date, there are various mobile online services which can report on fuel prices and traffic updates, for example, as well as providing greater convenience and more entertainment – combined in the Volkswagen app. You can download other apps from the App Store or Google Play, such as the EV Check App or maps + more.

The map updates for many navigation systems can be found in the myVolkswagen customer area. There, you can then select your desired map package online and manually update your device using a storage medium. You can also update your maps via the internet. All you have to do is activate the “Online map updates” service in Car-Net or We Connect.

In the virtual garage in the myVolkswagen customer area, you find vehicle details as well as useful information on your Volkswagen. All you need to do is add it using the vehicle identification number (VIN). By activating the mobile online services, depending on the country, model and equipment of the vehicle, you also receive, e.g. traffic information almost in real time, reminders for the next service and information on the vehicle's condition.
